Our sushi chefs have apprenticed and trained
for many years under famous teachers in both Korea and Japan. It's not uncommon for the sushi chef to have over 7 years experience.
Our Teppanyaki chefs are both entertainers
and expert chefs. From lightening speed knife work to catching flying eggs they do it all!
